Founded in 1952 with the trade mark FLEXUS - Manufacturas Mecânicas Flexus S.A. was a private company dedicated to the manufacture of accessories and frames for umbrellas.
As a company clearly in expansion, in 1978 it started producing and selling steel welded tubes. This activity has been developed since then. This development led the company´s production to new horizons - due to the investment in three new systems for the production of steel welded tubes.

Without neglecting the requirements of its customers and the market, Flexus is always open to new investment areas, and presents the possibility of manufacturing tubes with special sections, pipes for transporting fluids and sharpening cutting blades.
