Quality policy

Manufacturas Mecânicas Flexus S.A. has constant concern to provide products and services that fulfill customer needs, based on the following premises:
      1) Customer satisfaction regarding the quality, price and delivery time;
      2) Active collaboration with suppliers;
      3) Maintaining a Quality Management System to comply with the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2008.
The quality management system is certified by ISO 1999. Since the year 2010 welded steel tubes for fluid conduct are certified by EN 10255.
We obtained the CE Declaration in January 2011. In addition to the requirements of the standards Flexus uses an internal policy of quality not only to meet its commitments to customers but also to ensure Total Quality.
